Biography

Eleni El Grekos is an Adult Nurse Practitioner who earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Long Island University where she was a member of the Sigma Omega Ni Honor Society and graduated magma cum laude. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Eleni began her career in critical care medicine at The New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center where she gained extensive cardiology experience working in Cardiothoracic Surgery and Interventional Cardiology. She later went on to gain experience in Advance Heart Failure and Transplantation at Columbia University Medical Center where she won several awards for clinical excellence and was nominated by her peers as Heart Failure Instructor.

Eleni is excited to be part of Northwell Health Physician Partners where she can combine her cardiac experience with the warm and nurturing environment of Concorde Medical Group. She holds a special interest in preventative cardiology and empowering patients to make healthy lifestyle changes through education and motivation. She also prides herself on treating every patient as a family member and values the unique friendships she creates with them.

During her free time, Eleni competes in ballroom dancing and enjoys exploring New York City with her daughter Giorgiana. She is also fluent in Spanish and Greek.
