Biography
Margaret is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her degree from Dominican University in 2024 with Masters in Science in Nursing. Margaret is board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Throughout her career Margaret has worked as a Registered Nurse in Northwell Lenox Hill Hospital in the Cardiac Step Down unit where she gained valuable experience with various Cardiac conditions, pre and post Interventional and Electrophysiology procedures. Margaret also worked in Non Invasive Cardiology procedures such as Transesophageal Echocardiogram and also Stress Testing. This experience inspired Margaret to pursue her degree as a Nurse Practitioner with the goal of improving quality of care to patients with an emphasis on education and prevention of cardiac disease.
With a strong commitment to education, Margaret mentored nursing students and preceptor new employees, leveraging her cardiac expertise to develop skills and confidence in her mentees Margaret also worked as an adjunct clinical instructor in the BSN program in Dominican University.
Margaret is excited to be part of the team at Concorde Cardiology where she can utilize her expertise in cardiac disease symptoms and management with her commitment to patient care. Margaret focuses on delivering compassionate, patient centered care providing patients with education and support. By empowering patients to take an active role in their health by incorporating healthy lifestyle choices including physical activity and nutrition will promote overall cardiovascular well being.
