From 2003-2007, she was part of the NYU School of Medicine, Department of OB/GYN academic faculty. She served as the department’s Director of Clinical Research, mentoring medical students, residents and fellows during their training. In 2004, she was chosen to receive the Berlex Foundation Junior Faculty Development Award. As a mentoring faculty member in 2006, her collaborative work “A Web Based Virtual Pelvis Trainer” was awarded the Best Video Presentation at the Society of Gynecologic Surgeons Annual Scientific Meeting.

In 2008, she was privileged to join Concorde Medical Group in order to focus on what has always been her main interest – to provide individualized care for women and management of their urogynecologic and gynecologic issues. Her patients have frequently honored her with Compassionate Doctor Recognition and Patient Choice Awards.
