How to Save Messages & Documents in ezAccess
As of February 28, 2026, read-only access to the ezAccess Patient Portal accounts will no longer be available. Below are the instructions on how to Save Messages & Documents in ezAccess.
After February 27, 2026, to request historic records from ezAccess, you will need to sign an Authorization to Release Medical Records Form. Please click here to access the form; instructions on how to submit the form back to the office is on page three.

How to download and save a message
1.) Login to ezAccess: https://nwconcorde.myezyaccess.com/Patient/Main.aspx
2.) Click on the Messages tab on the left-hand column to go to your Inbox.

3.) Open any of the messages you want to download. Click on ‘Open’ on the right-hand side of the message.

4.) At the bottom left of the text box, you will see a download icon to download the message.

How to download and save documents
1.) In the Documents section, click on the checkboxes next to the documents you want to download, or click on the checkbox to the left of “Date” and it will select all the documents.

2.) The download icon will appear after selecting the documents and you can download the documents once selected.
