The Concorde Medical Group’s Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism provides a comprehensive approach to diagnosing and treating conditions and diseases of the endocrine system. Endocrinology and Diabetes encompasses the following conditions:

The division includes two highly skilled physicians who are board certified in Internal Medicine as well as Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, Valerie Peck, M.D. and Susan B. Zweig, M.D Both physicians are faculty members of the New York University School of Medicine and admit to Tisch Hospital, NYU Medical Center.

The Division of Endocrinology provides state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment procedures.  These include:

• Bone densitometry

• Fine needle aspiration biopsy of the thyroid (under sonogram guidance)

• Hormone testing

• Hormone stimulation tests

• Osteoporosis infusion treatments

• Medical weight loss program

• Scans, sonograms, MRIs, etc. through NYU Medical Center
